At Veedx, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required.

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday through Friday.

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or during bank holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an immediate email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

  • Tracking Information: Once your package is on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email complete with your tracking number(s).

2. Shipping Estimates (United Kingdom)

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Free Standard Shipping (£0.00) applies to every order.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (Handling Time: 1–2 days + Transit Time: 3–5 days).

  • Courier Delays: While we strive to meet these timeframes, estimated transit times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, severe weather, or high seasonal shipping volumes.

3. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Address Verification: Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Veedx is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking status indicates "Delivered" but your order has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date.

  • Stalled Shipments: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, please reach out to our customer support team so we can investigate and assist you right away.
